Heat the grill on high and line a baking tray with aluminum foil. In a small bowl, mix chili powder, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper. Sprinkle bell peppers and onions on a baking tray, drizzle olive oil all over until covered, and mix about half of the seasoning mixture with the vegetables. Saute the onions and peppers until they start to become soft and begin to brown, this takes about 10 minutes. Cut the chicken into pieces about 1/4 inch thick and mix in a bowl with the remaining seasoning mixture and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once the peppers and onions begin to brown, add the chicken and return to the broiler until the chicken is completely cooked through and begins to turn brown. This should take about 5 more minutes. Once done, remove from the grill and sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve the chicken and vegetables with warm fajitas and toppings like guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and lemon wedges. Serve with your favorite toppings
