If you’ve come across a little bag of baby carrots that you’ve completely forgotten about, you’re not alone. While you can snack on a little hummus, you can also turn it into a delicious side dish by toasting it with a maple glaze that you’ll absolutely die for. what do you need

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper flakes 1 1/2 pounds small carrots Salt and pepper, to taste, chopped parsley, for garnish Very tasty

What do I do

Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the oil, vinegar, maple syrup, and pepper flakes together. Add carrots and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to coat all carrots evenly. Place the carrots on a large baking sheet, making sure they are evenly distributed and not overcrowded. Roast the carrots in the oven until they are soft and can easily be inserted with a fork.
