what do you need
1 batch of brownie dough of your choice for cooking spray 1 cup softened butter 1 1/2 cups icing sugar 1/2 teaspoon mint extract 1 1/2 cups melted white chocolate chips and chilled kosher salt to taste 1/2 cup crushed candy canes come together together so easily
What do I do
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and use cooking spray to grease the pan. Pour the brownie mixture into the skillet. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle. Leave the cake to cool completely. Using a hand mixer or hand mixer, beat together the butter, sugar, and mint extract until the mixture is light and fluffy.
