what do you need

1 batch of brownie dough of your choice for cooking spray 1 cup softened butter 1 1/2 cups icing sugar 1/2 teaspoon mint extract 1 1/2 cups melted white chocolate chips and chilled kosher salt to taste 1/2 cup crushed candy canes come together together so easily

What do I do

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and use cooking spray to grease the pan. Pour the brownie mixture into the skillet. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle. Leave the cake to cool completely. Using a hand mixer or hand mixer, beat together the butter, sugar, and mint extract until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the white chocolate and salt and continue mixing until the mixture is completely smooth. Spread the frosting on the cooled cake, then sprinkle with mashed candy. Enjoy! Brownies mint bark
